At Watch Pharaohs, all sales are final. We specialise exclusively in pre-owned, second-hand luxury timepieces, and each watch is thoroughly inspected, described, and photographed prior to sale. As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds after a purchase has been completed.

Why we have a no-refund policy: All our timepieces are pre-owned and sold as described. Detailed condition reports, photographs, and descriptions are provided for every item prior to purchase. We encourage all customers to review this information carefully and contact us with any questions before completing a purchase.

Buyback Programme: We offer a buyback service for watches previously purchased from Watch Pharaohs, as well as other luxury timepieces. Buyback prices are determined at the time of the request and are based on current market conditions and the condition of the piece. To enquire about a buyback, please contact us directly.
