Shipping Policy
Watch Pharaohs ships luxury timepieces worldwide. Given the high value of our products, all shipments are fully insured for their complete purchase value from the moment they leave our facility until they are delivered to you.
Shipping & Insurance:
- All orders are shipped fully insured for 100% of the purchase price
- We use only specialist luxury goods couriers experienced in handling high-value items
- Shipments require a signature upon delivery — no exceptions
- We do not ship to PO boxes or unattended delivery locations
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order has been collected by the courier.
Delivery Timeframes:
- Netherlands & Belgium: 1–2 business days
- Rest of EU: 2–5 business days
- International: 5–10 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or other factors outside our control.
Customs & Import Duties: International customers outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We are required by law to declare the full value of all shipments on customs documentation.
Damaged or Lost Shipments: In the unlikely event that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. As all shipments are fully insured, we will manage the claims process on your behalf.
